{"id":30061,"date":"2024-03-04T15:20:06","date_gmt":"2024-03-04T15:20:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecnol.es\/xxvii-convencion-de-ventas-de-tecnol\/"},"modified":"2024-03-07T15:32:33","modified_gmt":"2024-03-07T15:32:33","slug":"xxvii-convencio-de-vendes-de-tecnol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tecnol.es\/ca\/xxvii-convencio-de-vendes-de-tecnol\/","title":{"rendered":"XXVII Convenci\u00f3 de Vendes de TECNOL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat divendres 1 de mar\u00e7, a les nostres instal\u00b7lacions de TECNOL \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/masergrup.com\/\">MaserGrup<\/a>, vam celebrar la <strong>XXVII edici\u00f3 de la Convenci\u00f3 de Vendes<\/strong> amb tot el nostre equip que treballa arreu del territori.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada va comen\u00e7ar, ben d\u2019hora, amb una visita guiada a la nova seu corporativa i seguidament, a l\u2019auditori de l\u2019edifici va donar inici la convenci\u00f3. Despr\u00e9s que el <strong>Sr. Xavier Mart\u00ednez i Serra<\/strong>, president del grup, don\u00e9s la benvinguda a tot l\u2019equip va tenir lloc <strong>la pon\u00e8ncia motivacional de ventas de la m\u00e0 de Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed<\/strong>, Conseller de MaserGrup.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, es va donar pas a la presentaci\u00f3 dels <strong>nous productes de les diferents <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnol.es\/ca\/producte\/\">divisions de TECNOL<\/a><\/strong>. Nous productes dissenyats, com sempre, pensant en la <strong>sostenibilitat i l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia<\/strong> per a la resoluci\u00f3 de les necessitats dels clients. Todo el equipo comercial va poder participar de les <strong>demostracions pr\u00e0ctiques de les diferents aplicacions i usos<\/strong> dels productes. I despr\u00e9s d\u2019un coffee break a mig mat\u00ed, i abans del tancament i comiat de la XXVII Convenci\u00f3 de Vendes, els comercials van seguir amb formacions en eines para agilizar su d\u00eda a d\u00eda y muchas sorpreses m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Convenci\u00f3 de vendes 2024:<\/h4>\n<p>Aquesta edici\u00f3 de la convenci\u00f3 de vendes anual de TECNOL es va celebrar sota el lema \u201c<strong>Todo es Poka-Yoke<\/strong>\u201d. Aquest m\u00e8tode de treball forma part de la filosofia amb la qual treballem a TECNOL. Una t\u00e8cnica de millora cont\u00ednua amb dos objectius principals: evitar errors inadvertits en els processos de producci\u00f3 i log\u00edstica, i corregir les inefici\u00e8ncies en el suposat cas de qu\u00e8 arribin a produir-se.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de gaudir d\u2019una jornada de treball, vam poder compartir no nom\u00e9s les novetats de TECNOL, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 experi\u00e8ncies, opinions, formacions de producte i molt m\u00e9s. Un dia amb un ambient enriquidor per a tot l\u2019equip de TECNOL que va acabar amb un dinar de germanor en forma de cal\u00e7otada.
