On September 4th and 5th<\/strong>, Tecnol hosted the 29th edition<\/strong> of its traditional Sales Seminar<\/strong> at the corporate headquarters. The event brought together over 100 professionals<\/strong> from across the country in two intense days of commercial strategy, technical training, and a clear vision for the future. The central theme: putting the customer at the center of everything we do<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Two days focused on innovation, product and teamwork<\/h3>\n

The seminar began with the presentation of the latest updates in the Urban<\/strong> and Technics<\/strong> product lines, as well as strategic sessions on price optimization<\/strong> and product catalogue improvement<\/strong>. One of the key moments was the training session \u201cProduct Development<\/strong>\u201d led by David Bar\u00f3<\/strong>, who explained how to turn an idea into a real and market-ready solution.<\/p>\n

The second day focused on practical product demonstrations<\/strong>, a session on commercial tools, and the announcement of the upcoming launches for 2025<\/strong>. The Tecnol management team also shared end-of-year objectives and incentives<\/strong>, emphasizing the importance of teamwork<\/strong> in achieving new goals.<\/p>\n

A powerful closing with Toni Nadal<\/h3>\n

The seminar concluded with a keynote speech by Toni Nadal<\/strong> entitled \u201cEverything can be trained<\/strong>\u201d, where he shared his insights on discipline, effort, and mindset as pillars of long-term success.
