The project \u201cTecnol: Driving Sustainable Cities\u201d<\/strong> has been awarded the 2025 City of Reus Environmental Award<\/strong><\/a> in the business category, a recognition that validates the urban development model promoted by Tecnol, based on sustainability, innovation and people\u2019s well-being.<\/p>\n

The award-winning proposal introduces a new way of understanding public space through a range of sustainable urban furniture<\/strong>, designed using recycled materials and naturally integrated into the urban environment. This approach is complemented by high-efficiency lighting systems<\/strong>, aimed at reducing energy consumption and the environmental impact of cities.<\/p>\n

Beyond the product itself, Tecnol focuses on the creation of more comfortable, healthy and functional urban spaces<\/strong>, encouraging coexistence, accessibility and a better experience for citizens. The project was selected as the winner among five business proposals, standing out for its comprehensive approach and the added value it brings to municipalities.<\/p>\n

The City of Reus Environmental Awards, promoted by the Department of Environment, Sustainability and Public Space, have recognised initiatives that contribute to more sustainable and resilient city models since 2021.<\/p>\n
