This September, Tecnol has reaffirmed its participation in the Joves Futur + project, promoted by Fundació FC Barcelona and AECOC, with the aim of promoting the labor integration of young people in the FMCG sector. This project is supported by Fundació “La Caixa” and focuses on providing support to young people who, when they turn 18, lose the protection of the public administration.
The event took place in the Paris Room of the Spotify Camp Nou, where we had the presence of Xavier Martinez, president of Tecnol, along with representatives of various companies in the consumer goods sector, hospitality, large supermarkets, logistics, hardware and DIY. There we were able to explain our experience in the project and comment on one of the success stories we have had in our company. This event, aimed at producers, manufacturers, distributors and operators in these sectors, highlighted the importance of initiatives that promote inclusion and social development.
For Tecnol, participating in this project is a way to continue supporting initiatives that promote equality and diversity, key values in its corporate commitment. The labor integration of young people who have been released from prison not only offers them an opportunity to access the labor market, but also boosts their personal development, well-being and full integration into society.
The Joves Futur + project offers personalized accompaniment to these young people, which is crucial to ensure their success and stability on their path to an independent adult life. Tecnol, as a company linked to innovation and growth, firmly believes that supporting this type of initiative is a way to bring value to society and help create a more inclusive future for all.
Undoubtedly, this type of collaboration is essential to transform the reality of many young people who face great difficulties, giving them the necessary tools to have a dignified and stable working future.
