This February, our Training and Quality team, headed by Antoni Figuerola and Xavi Recasens, traveled to Andalusia to start a series of trainings in the different commercial teams about TECNOL Technics‘ best selling products.
TECNOL’s Training and Quality team has launched a series of trainings with the aim of merging knowledge among the members of the company in order to raise our quality standards. These trainings will take place in the different sales teams spread throughout the Spanish territory, allowing us to send our solutions to any corner of the country, regardless of the division. In addition, having such a large and distributed team allows us to act and respond to customer needs more quickly and efficiently.
With these trainings, we do not only update the entire TECNOL team, but also share experiences, knowledge and opinions that bring us closer to our common goals. These informative and collaborative sessions between the members of our teams allow us to constantly improve and jointly seek the best solutions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
