Has the rubber on your mask ever broken when putting it on or taking it off? To avoid throwing away broken, unused masks, at TECNOL we have made sure that the rubber bands adhere to the mask with a very resistant double welding process.
The mask sealing process
TECNOL machines do not seal at the limit (as we see in other masks on the market), but rather leave a safety margin to reduce the number of breaks. Watch the video to check it out:
We seal the elastic bands with ultrasound, applying pressure to the lower and upper parts of the type IIR surgical masks. It is a very precise and clean sealing process since, using electricity transformed into small movements, we weld the fabrics without the need for thinners or additives and without perforating the masks. In this way, we guarantee a quality, resistant, and long-lasting product.
