On May 8th and 9th, Tecnol’s commercial team experienced two intense and enriching days during the Sales Convention—an event designed to strengthen teamwork, discover new product developments, and continue driving leadership in the sector.
The convention kicked off on Thursday afternoon at the Hotel Port Aventura with an official welcome and a keynote talk by David Baró, who returned as a speaker after participating in the September 2024 seminar. Under the title “The art of highlighting the value of the Tecnol brand and its benefits,” Baró shared insights on brand perception, motivation, and authentic sales strategies. It was an inspiring start that led into a team dinner and the closing of the first day.
Friday began with energy at the Corporate Building in Reus, where activities resumed with a joint review of the survey and the day’s agenda. Throughout the morning, attendees explored in detail the latest product developments from the Technics and Urban lines.
In the Technics segment, new professional tools were presented, with live demonstrations of the Airless line marking machine and the application of epoxy bars, showcasing their practical use in real worksite scenarios. Meanwhile, the Urban line featured a demo of the Vega lighting system and various clamp and post solutions for road signage—key elements for urban space improvement.
Later, a training session focused on commercial tools introduced the new Digital Catalog App along with updated product brochures, all designed to support the sales team and enhance client communication.
The day wrapped up with a visit to Port Aventura, where the team enjoyed a very special teambuilding activity: a fun and purposeful experience. Thanks to everyone’s combined effort, the team earned enough points for a family to enjoy a few days at the park and at the Dream Village Foundation facilities.
