Tecnol’s commitment to education, innovation, and the development of young talent was once again evident this summer through its participation in the “Estada a l’empresa” program, promoted by the Department of Education of the Government of Catalonia. This initiative reflects Tecnol’s strong belief in the importance of youth professional training as a key pillar for the future of industry and technology.
During the month of July, Tecnol had the pleasure of welcoming Ainhoa Ugalde and August Ripoll, students from the Socrates Educa International School in Salou, who took part in an immersive experience within the company’s professional environment.
This program aims to offer young people a first approach to the world of work, helping them discover their vocations, develop key skills, and understand teamwork dynamics within a real company. For many participants, it represents their first contact with an industrial and technological setting, as well as a valuable opportunity to shape their academic and professional future.
During their stay, Ainhoa and August collaborated with the Product and Supply Department, gaining first-hand insight into how Tecnol manages its innovation and technical development processes. They also took part in activities that helped them understand the importance of interdepartmental coordination, resource planning, and continuous improvement within a dynamic and demanding environment. These experiences are an essential part of youth professional training, as they connect theoretical learning with practical, real-world application.
