On September 4th and 5th, Tecnol hosted the 29th edition of its traditional Sales Seminar at the corporate headquarters. The event brought together over 100 professionals from across the country in two intense days of commercial strategy, technical training, and a clear vision for the future. The central theme: putting the customer at the center of everything we do.
Two days focused on innovation, product and teamwork
The seminar began with the presentation of the latest updates in the Urban and Technics product lines, as well as strategic sessions on price optimization and product catalogue improvement. One of the key moments was the training session “Product Development” led by David Baró, who explained how to turn an idea into a real and market-ready solution.
The second day focused on practical product demonstrations, a session on commercial tools, and the announcement of the upcoming launches for 2025. The Tecnol management team also shared end-of-year objectives and incentives, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in achieving new goals.

The seminar concluded with a keynote speech by Toni Nadal entitled “Everything can be trained”, where he shared his insights on discipline, effort, and mindset as pillars of long-term success.
