On September 6th, at our corporate headquarters of TECNOL – MaserGrup we celebrated the XXVIII edition of the Sales Seminar, together with all our TECNOL Team, including our sales team that works throughout the Spanish territory.
The day began first thing in the morning after the welcoming speech, with the presentation of the special guest for this occasion, David Baró. With a degree in Information Science, a master’s degree in Marketing, training in the Senior Management Program and extensive experience in large companies such as Nestlé, Volkswagen or Banc Sabadell, he was in charge of providing a deeper understanding of sales techniques. His presentation not only inspired us to continue improving, but also provided us with new sales techniques and insights from his experience.
After this enriching speech, we spent the morning getting to know in detail the new products that we have developed these last months at TECNOL. In these presentations we were not only able to know in detail the qualities and characteristics of the new solutions. We were also able to compare and share experiences and knowledge among the members of the sales team in order to know the needs of our customers and the sales people themselves. In addition, we finished with a demonstration of the new products to know their functions and applications in depth. Knowing the product and its uses is fundamental for our sales team and their work.
This sales seminar not only allowed us to train ourselves and get to know our own solutions better, but also reminded us of the importance of always being one step ahead in such a competitive environment as ours. We are convinced that what has been learned and shared among our teams will have a very positive impact on TECNOL’s results in the coming months.
Strategic meetings
These seminars that we hold periodically allow us to deepen the knowledge of our products on the part of our sales representatives. They are also a great opportunity for us to get to know the needs of our customers more directly, to be able to discuss the experiences we have had and also, in a nutshell, to have team building. To conclude and continue sharing great moments, we took the opportunity to have lunch with the whole team and put an end to this day.
