Today, and every day, at TECNOL we celebrate and vindicate the fundamental role of women in society and in the company. For many years, in the company we have been advancing towards gender equality and opportunities among our employees, and today is a day of celebration.

It is a day of celebration but also a day of vindication to achieve full gender equality. Last year, in 2023, in Masergrup, our business group, 46% of management positions were held by women and this year we continue working to achieve the goal of 50% by 2026.

At TECNOL we are fully aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. Seventeen universal, inclusive and ambitious goals set by the United Nations. Many of them, focused on the sustainability of the planet, climate change and production and consumption, which are directly related to our solutions and ranges of ecological, sustainable and solar energy products. But others of these seventeen pursue the fulfillment of human rights such as poverty, education and combating inequalities. It is in these objectives where TECNOL also has an impact with initiatives and objectives such as achieving total equality in management positions by 2026.
