Great news! Tecnol has joined the UN Global Compact Spain, taking a step forward in our commitment to sustainability and human rights. We are proud to be part of this global alliance that seeks to protect the environment and promote positive change.

Since our beginnings, we have worked with a clear objective: to satisfy the needs of our clients and add value to society. Now, we commit even more by aligning our actions with the principles of the UN Global Compact: Human Rights, Labor Rights, Environment and the fight against corruption.

We don’t stop there. At Tecnol, we have collaborated on 13 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ranging from the end of poverty to climate action. In addition, we strive to be transparent and share our progress in sustainability annually through a specialized report.

But we don’t just stop at words. At Tecnol, we promote and encourage the use of environmentally friendly technologies. We have obtained quality certifications, such as ISO 9001 from AENOR, which support our dedication to excellence.

This commitment is not limited to our internal operations; we also care about creating an optimal work environment and improving our social policies. We have implemented a Welcome Manual for better integration and approved a protocol against sexual harassment at work, guaranteeing a safe and respectful environment.
