Heading into the future: how we experienced Tecnol’s XXIX Sales Convention
At Tecnol, we know that the true engine of our growth is our human capital. On June 4th and 5th, Team Tecnol gathered to celebrate its XXIX Sales Convention—two intense and highly productive days where we shared ideas, experiences, goals, and, above all, moments that reinforce who we are: a high-performance sales team focused on excellence and customer service.
This annual meeting was the perfect opportunity to analyze the year’s sales strategy, discover the company’s upcoming product launches, and recharge our energy to face the new challenges in the sector.
Below, we share how these two key days for the future of the company unfolded.
Day 1: The meeting point and strategic launch
The event began in the most welcoming way possible with the arrival of the attendees at the Hotel Breas. This venue served as the ideal setting for members of the sales network from different regional branches to reconnect and do some networking.
After a welcome drink, the official kickoff for the XXIX Sales Convention took place:

The second day of the sales convention dawned with a dynamic pace, focusing on comprehensive growth and continuous training. The team moved to the headquarters to start the day’s activities at the MaserGrup Corporate Building.
The morning kicked off with a departmental survey, followed by welcome remarks from the president, who shared a message of pride and motivation with all the professionals. Right after, key figures were reviewed along with the first-quarter summary, confirming the company’s solid growth trend.
Product innovation: Technics and Urban Ranges
The core of the day focused on innovation and the added value we bring to the market. The sales team got a first look at the company’s latest technical developments:

These sessions serve to reinforce the team’s technical knowledge, ensuring they continue to offer the best technical consulting in the market.
Finally, the new digital sales tools were introduced, which will optimize the daily routines of our sales network, improving efficiency and client contact.
To wrap up the event, we captured the gathering with our traditional team photo—a visual symbol of this great group’s unity—before enjoying a farewell lunch prior to heading home.
