Last Friday, March 1st, at our TECNOL – MaserGrup facilities, we celebrated the XXVII edition of the Sales Convention together with all our sales teams working throughout the territory.

The day began with an early guided tour of the new corporate headquarters, after which the convention began in the auditorium of the building. After Mr. Xavier Martínez Serra, president of the group, welcomed the whole team, the sales motivational speech was presented by Mr. José Martí, Counselor of MaserGrup.

Afterwards, the new products of TECNOL’s different divisions were presented. New products specially designed, as always, with sustainability and efficiency in mind to meet the needs of customers. The entire sales team was able to participate in the practical demonstrations of the different applications and uses of the products. And after a mid-morning coffee break, and before the closing and farewell of the XXVII Sales Convention, the sales representatives continued with trainings on tools to improve their daily working life and many more surprises.

Sales convention 2024:

This edition of TECNOL’s annual sales convention was held under the motto “Everything is Poka-Yoke”. This working method is part of the philosophy with which we work at TECNOL. A continuous improvement technique with two main objectives: avoiding inadvertent errors in production and logistics processes, and correcting inefficiencies in the event that they occur.

In addition to enjoying a day of work, we were able to share not only TECNOL latest releases, but also experiences, opinions, product training and much more. A day with an enriching atmosphere for the whole TECNOL team that ended with a lunch of brotherhood in the form of “calçotada”. A great day of work and team building for the commercial team of the company.
